Most "healthy" mixes taste like compromise. This one doesn't.

Our Chocolate Pancake & Waffle Mix is built on buckwheat — a naturally gluten-free seed (yes, seed — not wheat, despite the name) that's higher in protein and fiber than your average flour, and easier on digestion too.

Pair that with real cocoa and nothing you'd need to Google, and you get a mix that actually earns the word healthy.

It mixes in minutes. Cooks forgivingly. Tastes like the pancakes you'd make if you had the time.

Which you don't. So we did the hard part.

Add milk. Flip when ready. Eat without explaining yourself.

Buckwheat flour (30%), millet flour blend (sorghum, ragi); jaggery; cocoa powder; raising agents [INS 341(i), 500(ii)]; iodised salt; natural flavouring substances (chocolate, honey, vanilla).

I wasn't expecting a premix to taste this good. The pancakes turned out soft, fluffy, and not overly sweet. I love that the ingredients are simple and wholesome, and it took just a few minutes to make. Perfect for busy mornings when I want something quick but still nourishing. Will definitely be ordering again!

Very good taste and no regret after eating…healthy stuff 💪💪

The product is really amazing had made many receipes using the product it tastes amazing and lovely

Easy to work with and hard to mess up ideal for days when measurements aren’t perfect and time is short.

Clean ingredients, no refined sugar

Sweetened thoughtfully with ingredients that keep the flavour honest and the experience uncomplicated.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Fluffy pancakes with crisp edges

Crispy-outside, soft-inside waffles

Chocolatey but balanced, not overpowering

Results that don’t demand perfection

1. JUST MIX

Add 75 g premix, 75 ml milk, 40 ml water, and 1 tbsp (10 g) melted butter or oil. Stir until just combined (Careful, don't overmix!)

2. Rest & Pour

Let the batter rest for 10 minutes. Heat a pan on low. Pour the batter gently and watch for tiny air bubbles

3. FLIP & FEAST

Flip and lightly cook the other side. Stack, driggle, and enjoy - there's no wrong way to do it!

Let them cool slightly, unmould gently, and enjoy your soft, wholesome, gluten-free muffins-fresh from the oven!
