Returns & Refund Policy
At Maebe, quality and safety are our top priorities. Due to the nature of food products, our returns policy is limited.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive an incorrect item
Opened, used, or consumed food products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Reporting an Issue
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos
- Description of the issue
- Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Incorrect address provided
- Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.
