HOW TO MAKE FLUFFY MAEBE PANCAKES
1. JUST MIX
Add 75 g premix, 75 ml milk, 40 ml water, and 1 tbsp (10 g) melted butter or oil. Stir until just combined (Careful, don't overmix!)
2. Rest & Pour
Let the batter rest for 10 minutes. Heat a pan on low. Pour the batter gently and watch for tiny air bubbles
3. FLIP & FEAST
Flip and lightly cook the other side. Stack, driggle, and enjoy - there's no wrong way to do it!
