Chocolate and coffee. A meeting of two comforts.

This mix is for slow afternoons, half-finished to-do lists, and moments where baking feels like a pause, not a task. Deep cocoa, gentle coffee notes, and a soft crumb that doesn’t ask much of you.

It’s indulgent, but not over the top.
Thoughtful, but never serious.

Because sometimes, baking is less about the outcome and more about taking the shortcut that still feels soulful.

Supergrain flour blend (59%) (buckwheat flour, oats flour, sorghum flour, ragi flour); jaggery(23%); cashews (3%); almonds (3%); tapioca starch (2.25%); cocoa powder (2%); raising agents [baking powder, sodium bicarbonate (INS 500(ii))]; iodised salt (0.75%); natural flavouring substances (chocolate, coffee, vanilla).

So Easy to Bake

These honestly tasted like something from a bakery. The texture was fluffy, the chocolate flavour was rich, and my whole family loved them

Super convenient, quick to make, and the results are consistently great. One of the best baking premixes I've tried

I bought it out of curiosity and ended up being pleasantly surprised. Great taste and very easy to make.

I really enjoyed that these weren't overly sweet. Perfect with a cup of coffee in the evening.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS

It doesn't taste like a compromise

Most "healthy" baked goods ask you to settle — dry texture, flat sweetness, that vaguely cardboardy aftertaste. This one doesn't. The cocoa and coffee hit properly, the crumb stays soft, and you finish it without checking the label twice wondering what you actually just ate

The sweetness has depth, not just sugar

Naturally sweetened with jaggery to give just the right balance not too sweet, not too bland.

Great for families, snack boxes, and sharing

Perfect for everyday family moments, kids’ snack boxes, or passing around during chai time.

Easy to customise with what you have at home

Toss in some walnuts, a pinch of sea salt flakes, or a few dark chocolate chips , using what’s already in your kitchen.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Deep cocoa notes with a gentle coffee finish

Soft crumb, never dry

Grown-up flavour without bitterness

A bake that pairs well with doing nothing

1. Mix it up

In a bowl, combine 125 g of premix with 90 ml milk, 30 ml water, and 1½ tbsp (30 g) of melted butter or oil. Whisk gently until the mixture comes together into a smooth, lump-free batter-remember, over mixing can make your muffins dense.

2. Rest & Pour

Let the batter sit for about 10 minutes-this simple step helps your muffins turn out lighter and fluffier. Once rested, pour the batter evenly into greased muffin cups or lined trays, filling each about three-quarters full

3. Bake & Butter

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for around 25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and springy to touch. Once baked, brush the warm muffins with a little butter for that irresistible sheen.

Let them cool slightly, unmould gently, and enjoy your soft, wholesome, gluten-free muffins-fresh from the oven!
